Step 2 – Inspection Day
Inspection Day One of our roof experts will thoroughly check for any wind, hail ,water, or tree damage.
Step 3 – Discuss Options
At this point, we will revise our findings and discuss the best option for you. Option A (if there’s sufficient evidence) we open a claim with your homeowners insurance. If recommended by one of our roof experts, we can help you obtain your insurance’s approval in covering your roof replacement cost. Option B, pay out of pocket. Option C, apply for financing.
Step 4 – Open Claim with Insurance
If proceeding out of pocket skip this step, else open claim under appropriate category and schedule inspection with home owners insurance. We will work with your insurance to maximize your payout.
Step 5 – Choose Shingles
We offer a variety of Architectural shingles such as GAF Timberline HDZ, CertainTeed Landmark, and Heritage.
Step 6 – Replacement Day
We will have one of our project managers overseeing this day ensuring you don’t lift a finger. We replace rotten plywood, synthetic felt paper, ice & water shield, sealing all underlining roof components with drip edge. We also apply pro start to help prevent shingle blow off. Lastly adding your preferred shingle to keep you safe & dry inside.
